Mitigation Techniques: No Reason to Stay Unsafe
Over the years, experts have produced various EMF mitigation techniques and products that can reduce your risk. These tools work to reduce your exposure or even block it entirely, whenever possible. It’s usually best to mix and match these concepts to get great results. You can try:
- Completely blocking EMF with various tools (not always advised due to signal loss)
- Shielding your devices instead (still lets out some EMF but at much lower levels)
- Using wired connections instead of Wi-Fi if you can (not always an option)
- Adding cases and adaptors to your outlets and cables (Cat 7 or higher)
- Putting physical barriers (clothing, etc.) between you and your devices
- Wearing EMF-blocking clothes (efficient but may look silly)
- Filtering electrical outlets (dirty electricity) to reduce EMF production
You can even try more holistic techniques, like taking care of your health, to improve your general immune response to EMF. Experts suggest taking multivitamins, antioxidants, essential fatty acids, magnesium, Vitamin D3, and various supplements to resist EMF damage.
You may also want to talk with your doctor and get a general checkup. They can gauge mental health concerns (which could be exacerbated by EMF) and other issues to make sure you’re safe. Seem excessive? Well, there’s no reason to ignore the potential dangers of EMF, even if you feel just fine.
You Deserve a Healthy Life
By taking EMF protection seriously, you can keep yourself healthy and strong. Even if you don’t go “all out” and purchase multiple items, a few might be all you need. The great thing about these techniques and tools is their adaptability: use them however you want!
